The hyper-luxury automobile giant Bugatti along with Binghatti has unveiled their game changing real-estate venture in the heart of Dubai. Mate Rimac, CEO of Bugatti Rimac, and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti revealed this extraordinary project at Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena on May 24th, 2023.
This 46 – storey building consists of 11 penthouses and is a host to the wildest of amenities like a VIP-spa for cars, look-alike beaches with real beach sand, pool-equipped roof decks, chauffeur and a car elevator in order to facilitate drive-in facilities for 11 penthouses. Besides these 11 penthouses, the building also consists of 171 “Riviera Mansions,” in order to celebrate the legacy of the French riveria and display miniature representations of coastal cities like Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Monaco, etc.
Unprecedented as it sounds, this glitter-rippling palace of modern architecture will be located in the business bay and is expected to be constructed over a course of three and a half years.
The boom of the branded real-estate sector:
Be it fashion stalwarts like Bulgari, Fendi, Armani or other luxury car brands like Porsche and Bentley, a number of luxury brands have been leveraging their resources in the real estate sector. According to a Morgan Stanley’s report, Dubai boasted a cumulative count of 58 branded residential projects by the end of 2022. The city’s sustained appeal to buyers worldwide, coupled with developers’ ongoing pursuit of brand collaborations to introduce exclusive projects, will further solidify its position. As Dubai strives to enhance its prestige, the market anticipates a rise in eco-friendly luxury developments and the advent of tech-branded residences, integrating state-of-the-art technology into residential spaces.
What the partnership of Bugatti and Binghatti looks like:
Binghatti is no stranger to luxury residential ventures, given the ongoing construction of Binghatti Burj, located in Business Bay. This project is a collaboration between Binghatti and renowned American timepiece manufacturer Jacob & Co.
The collaboration between the two kindred brands, Bugatti and Binghatti is likely to give rise to a one-of-a-kind residence that embodies Bugatti’s philosophy and design DNA of “Art, Forme, Technique” in the form of an extraordinary architectural masterpiece. Mate Rimac, Bugatti Rimac CEO, said: “It almost seems like fate for our two companies to have come together. We share a vision of what a Bugatti branded residence should be. With this partnership, we will follow the words of Ettore Bugatti: ‘If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti’.”
